_**Mana Wellness Disability Services Administration Assistant Role **_

Providing administration support to staff, and senior management.

Contribute to effective teamwork by developing an understanding of the roles and duties of other team members and working collaboratively to deliver services to the Directorate/s.

Provide a high standard of skills in a range of software packages and databases in the administration of services provided by the Directorate/s.

Oversee the financial accountability of the Corporate Card usage for delivery of Services and departments and reconciliation.

When required provide training, assistance, support and mentoring to administrative staff/ onboarding of new staff.

Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required

Attending work -related meetings, ensuring taking minutes and site visiting of organisation buildings.

Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.

Data entry (client details, staff details, operational requirements).

General office management such as ordering stationery and supplies.

Transcribing word documents

Maintaining excel Spreadsheets.

Organising travel and accommodation for staff and respite bookings.

Arranging both internal and external events

Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts

Providing administration support to Staff, and Senior Management.

Creating standard Invoices weekly delegated for accounts receivable

Managing Petty Cash

General Office cleaning duties
- Opening up office and making sure it is presentable for visitors etc.

Most Importantly contributing to the existing team with a unique set of skills and energy to build a long-standing employment.

**Job Type**: Part time

Pay: $28.00
- $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Office administration: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
