This is an excellent opportunity for a bright, energetic person looking to expand their overall business operations knowledge with practical experience. The Loganlea office is Carpet Call Australia's leading customer service team, supplying an integrated system and solution for the flooring market. We are the prominent supplier within the industry built on robust customer relationships. Your Role: As an Operations team member you will be responsible for the day to day support of the Sales team in line with sales and customer requests. This role includes administrative and sales support functions; with many accounts and customers. The focus of this role is to assist in facilitating the efficient operation of sales and administrative duties with responsibility for the sales team and customer accounts; both new and existing. In this role you will undertake a variety of tasks and demonstrate excellent adaptability. A strong emphasis will be placed on having a positive attitude while completing a variety of tasks with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail. What you will be doing...
- Provide administrative support to our Retail Stores
- Assist with aftersales and maintenance requests
- Scheduling jobs and confirming inventory requirements
- Processing of invoices and purchase orders
- Provide administrative support within the Operations team
- Responding to incoming communications within a timely manner
- Assist with a monthly stock take Who we are looking for... Along with a professional and positive manner, and can-do attitude, to be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and communication
- A polished and polite telephone manner
- Capability to work independently and in a team
- Decision making ability and a sense of responsibility
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Adjust quickly to new responsibilities and tasks
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ideally experience in an administration, call centre or customer service based role This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive team and a national company that offers opportunities for growth.
