**The Role**
We are seeking a Cost Administrator to join our dedicated team working on one of our major infrastructure projects in Brisbane. As a crucial team member, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial success and efficiency of this ground-breaking rail project

**Your Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the efficient and accurate collation of delivery dockets, plant dockets, and goods receipting of purchase orders.
- Responsible for the effective and accurate collation of supporting data and documentation for client payment claim substantiation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting.
- Assist project team with procurement and preparation / close-out of purchase orders.
- Other admin duties as required to support the finance and project teams.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Previous experience in in cost administration role in a construction environment is preferable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effectively multitask and prioritise workload.
- Ability to engage in effective communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Consistently meet timelines and deliver on commitments.
