Internal Sales Representative (Meadowbrook)

Bradbury Group Australia is a division of a multi-national corporation that is the largest manufacturer of roll forming and insulated panel lines in the world.

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing customer base, as well as identifying new business opportunities in our new areas of expansion. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and technical support to ensure their needs are met. We will train and mentor you to ensure you are set for success. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a drive to achieve and be part of a high performing team, ultimately transitioning into external sales.

**Your new role**

Internal Sales Representative, duties of the role include:

- Responding to customer enquiries, developing accounts, and generating quotes.
- Maintaining the internal database.
- Maximising gross sales through quote analysis.
- Assisting external sales and branch managers in processing priority transactions.
- Providing technical information to customers.
- Monitoring ship dates to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Ensuring sales transactions are processed and closed in a timely manner.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role, you will need the following:

- Sales/ Customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proven track record working with tight deadlines.
- Experience in SAP.
- A proven track record in sales, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
