Electrical Trainer and Assessor (Meadowbrook)

Join a collaborative team of trainers who will provide a great support network whilst working independently to inspire and grow our students. Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Training and assessing the Certificate II and III in Electrical, post trade competencies and skill sets in the classroom and simulated work environment
- Develop effective working relationships with apprentices and employers whilst mentoring and training
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of RTO programs
- Monitor training plans and ensure timely progression of our students through their courses
- Delivering engaging, hands-on training and assessment in a supportive environment What You Will Bring
- Hands-on industry experience in all aspects of electrical work
- Qualified in TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Passion for mentoring and helping others succeed

- Adaptability — able to modify training materials to suit different learning styles
