Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving drinks, and engaging with patrons.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.

Check identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.

Handle cash transactions accurately.

Upsell and promote special offers to boost sales.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.

Weekend availability

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is a must

Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) certification required for some positions
