Energy, a passion for outstanding customer service, outstanding communication and an eye for detail.

Team Leadership

POS system experience

Venue operation

Bar experience advantageous (RSA certificate required)

Whats the role?

As the Assistant Venue Manager, the primary focus is to work closely with the Venue Manager to lead the team in creating a memorable experience for each and every guest.

Other duties include:

Cash handling

Leading the team

Phone enquiries and bookings

Liasing with the Head Chef regarding function requirements and catering

Other duties as required to assist in the daily running and maintenance of the venue.

Whats on offer?

A mix of day shift and evening shift (38 h/pw) over 7 days.

Previous experience in a supervisory, management or leadership role.
