Sales Representative Cassowary Coast Regional

At Joviality, we are on a mission to redefine beauty through safe, effective, and natural products. As we expand our B2B channel, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our presence across pharmacies, clinics, and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and acquire current B2B clients (pharmacies, dermatology clinics, distributors, beauty retailers).

Build and maintain robust relationships with existing partners to ensure continuous growth.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Present Joviality’s product range and ensure proper brand positioning across all partner locations.

Coordinate with the marketing team to implement in-store activations, promotions, and visibility plans.

Monitor market trends, activities, and customer feedback.

Ensure proper stock levels and follow up on orders, deliveries, and collections.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in cosmetics or cosmeceutical sales (pharmacy channel experience is a strong plus).

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and acquiring recent clients.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently.

Good understanding of the Egyptian market, especially pharmacy and beauty retail sectors.

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
