Our client is a global manufacturing business operating nationally across Australia. Due to a significant upturn in production, they are looking to expand their factory workforce immediately. Day Shift: $34.38/hr Afternoon Shift: $39.54/hr Retention Travel Bonus on offer Immediate start with ongoing, consistent work. Casual position with full-time hours. Temp-to-perm chance after 6 months of reliable service. Monthly team awards and an in office BBQ every weekend.

Candidates must be highly reliable, punctual, physically fit, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, heavy industrial setting. This is a casual position offering full-time hours across both Day and Afternoon shifts, with excellent opportunities for long-term career progression.

Key Requirements Physically fit and capable of undertaking highly repetitive, heavy manual lifting. Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or heavy labouring setting. Good communication skills and a strong team-player mindset. High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work. A background in the steel industry, metal fabrication, or heavy manufacturing is a major bonus.

Key Responsibilities Operating production machinery and hand tools to assist in the manufacturing of steel products. Performing heavy manual handling, sorting, and assembling of steel components. Maintaining strict quality control standards on the production line. Strictly adhering to all site workplace health and safety (WHS) requirements. Successfully passing a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen. Completing general factory housekeeping and any other duties as required by the shift supervisor.
