Northrop Grumman as the sustainment provider for the KC-30A Enterprise is responsible for the delivery of superior operations support and platform steward leadership for the most optimal value-for-money performance for our customer.

**Your Role**: Your role as crew leader requires you to ensure compliance to technical regulations, particularly around the area of independent maintenance inspections and supervision of staff. You will need to performance maintenance tasks and scope analysis to identify manpower, spares, tools, and facility requirements.

This position provides both technical and people leadership to make sure that the critical path and operational deliverables, including working alternate or extended shifts, to provide technical expertise and oversight to achieve these maintenance deadlines.
