General Labourer/LF operator (Pinkenba)

General Labourer – Heavy Industrial Yard We are seeking reliable General Labourers with experience in heavy industrial or construction environments to join a busy industrial yard. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role suited to candidates who are comfortable working with steel and as part of a production team. About the Role
- Hand-wiring and strapping steel products
- Placing steel components onto hooks for the dipping / coating process
- Working within a designated section of the yard
- Repetitive manual handling of steel products (majority of the role)
- Assisting with general yard and production duties
- Forklift operation may be required from time to time (where licensed) Requirements
- Background in industrial, construction, steel, manufacturing, or labour-intensive roles
- Forklift Licence (LF) preferred but not essential
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test
- Willing to complete an online induction prior to commencement
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to follow site procedures Role Details
- Shift: 1:00pm – 9:00pm
- Pay Rate: upto $37.79 pm shift per hour (dependent on experience / tickets)
