Job Description

**Your opportunity to join us at our Lytton Distribution Centre!**

We are looking for two experienced Production Supervisors (AM and PM shift) to join our Lytton Distribution team to manage our labelling production room, known at Inghams as the Weigh Label Room (WLR).

This is a busy environment, comprising of around 30 team members per shift, who are responsible for inspecting, packing, weighing and labelling poultry products. The WLR operates across three shifts, on a 24/7 operation.

We are seeking someone from a similar production environment with experience managing a large team in a fast paced, KPI-driven environment. Prior experience in a food related industry would be highly regarded.

**You will bring to this role**
- Lead team culture in line with company values.
- Robust knowledge of supply chain logistics in FMCG, including Cold Chain, GMP, and HACCP.
- Lead and influence a diverse team in a fast-paced environment using inclusive management.
- Proven experience driving continuous improvement, with knowledge of 5S, TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma.
- Take initiative to achieve business KPIs while maintaining safety and customer service.
- Strong leadership and engagement skills to create a collaborative work environment.
- Analytical skills with experience in P&L; and budget management.
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Work well under pressure to meet deadlines and adapt to change.
- Resilient, able to bounce back from setbacks.
- Coach and develop team members through effective delegation.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
