About the Role NEPEAN Conveyors is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry‑Level Laggers. This is a great chance for someone looking to start a career in the mining and conveyor maintenance industry. No prior experience is required – full training will be provided for the right candidates. As a Lagger, you will assist with installing, maintaining, and replacing conveyor pulley lagging and related components across various mine sites and workshops. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation and replacement of conveyor pulley lagging
- Support conveyor maintenance and repair tasks
- Work safely in workshop and mine site environments
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Work collaboratively with experienced technicians and supervisors What We’re Looking For
- Robust work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a physically demanding setting
- Valuable attitude toward safety and teamwork
- Valid driver’s licence (preferred)
