Distribution Supervisor (Mackay Regional)

- Supervise day‑to‑day site operations including product receipt, blending and dispatch
- Lead and support site team members, seasonal workers and contractors
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring all work is carried out in line with site procedures
- Coordinate dispatch activities to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time
- Work closely with the Maintenance Coordinator to support plant reliability and minimise downtime
- Provide hands‑on support across site operations as required, including operating plant and equipment
- Maintain site standards including housekeeping and environmental compliance
- Support shipping and vessel activities as required The key skills required for this role include:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leading hand role within operations, logistics or manufacturing
- Robust safety focus and commitment to safe work practices
- Practical, hands‑on approach with the ability to step in and support the team
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to plan, organise and solve problems in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic computer skills and experience using systems (e.g. SAP or D365), desirable Open to applicants with unrestricted Australian work rights only.
