Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of successful project execution. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing architectural projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and present innovative architectural designs and concepts tailored to client requirements and project objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive architectural documentation, including detailed drawings, plans, 3D models, and specifications in line with regulatory and building standards.
• Lead design coordination and integration across architectural, structural, and services disciplines to ensure cohesive project outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout all project phases to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to design intent, compliance with specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage full project lifecycles, including setting objectives, preparing budgets, allocating resources, and maintaining schedules to meet deadlines and cost targets.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and design staff, providing guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, sustainability practices, new materials, construction methods, and emerging design technologies.
• Oversee Research and Development, including the preparation of project positioning reports, market and feasibility studies, product development strategies, and specialized analysis reports.
• Lead strategic planning efforts and contribute to business development through proposals, presentations, and client relationship management.
• Establish and maintain design standards, workflows, and best practices to guide the development and documentation phases of projects.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental sustainability standards.
• Support contract negotiation and administration, including liaising with legal and procurement teams to manage risks and deliver successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Professional license or certification as an Architect (if required).
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
