Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans outlining scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Conduct feasibility and risk assessments for proposed developments.
• Prepare documentation including business cases, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Manage and oversee projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate architects, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Ensure project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
• Oversee procurement and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Report on costs, progress, and performance to senior management.
• Ensure all work meets design, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee inspections, approvals, and adherence to EHS requirements.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager is highly preferred.
• Related qualification for diploma or higher is preferred but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
