- Casual role available
- You will be supporting the day-to-day operation of the kitchen through food preparation and dishwashing
- Be responsible for providing the highest level of attention to all aspects of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the Kitchen, including but not limited to cutlery, crockery and commercial equipment
- Recycling and removal of rubbish
- Assisting Chefs with food preparation as required
- Adhere to all sanitation and chemical use guidelines.
- Follow and adhere to all HACCAP hygiene, Food Safety and WHS requirements.

**Qualifications** A bit about you**: You may have previous experience in a similar fast paced environment. Regardless of your level of experience, there are a few things that would make you shine in this role, which include:

- Great energy and a “Find the YES!” positive attitude.
- Good time management skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to multi task will be essential to this role
- Professional, well-groomed appearance, demonstrating pride in presentation.
- Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and Public Holidays
- Experience in a similar role is ideal
- You might be a Commerical Cookery Student, looking to gain some practical experience
- You hold valid working rights for Australia
