Google Ads Specialist (Surfers Paradise)

Boost Social, a full-scale digital marketing agency located in the vibrant heart of Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast, is on the hunt for a talented Google Ads Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. Our agency is dedicated to driving digital success for our diverse range of clients, and we're looking for a dynamic individual to enhance our capabilities in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising and support our web and SEO team.

**About the Role**: As our Google Ads Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimising PPC campaigns to achieve maximum ROI for our clients. Your expertise in Google Ads will enable us to deliver targeted, compelling advertising campaigns that drive conversions and support our clients' business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to meet client objectives.
- Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns to ensure maximum exposure.
- Monitor and analyse advertising performance using Google Analytics and other tools, making adjustments as necessary to continually improve results.
- Collaborate with the web and SEO team to ensure cohesive digital strategies across WordPress and Shopify platforms.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and digital marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with PPC and SEM trends, tools, and practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with a track record of achieving results.
- Proficiency in working with WordPress and Shopify platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they complement PPC strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or equivalent are highly regarded.
