What we’re looking for:

An experienced Residential Property Manager

Proven ability to manage a portfolio with confidence

A strong communicator who builds great relationships with owners and tenants

A motivated self-starter who thrives in a rapid-paced environment

Someone with a ‘can do’ attitude and a passion for property

Your day-to-day:

End-to-end management of residential properties

Routine inspections, maintenance coordination, and lease renewals

Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Playing a key role in growing the rent roll

Assisting with trust accounting and compliance as needed

Requirements:

Current QLD Property Management Registration or Licence

Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Experience with property management software (e.g. PropertyMe, Console, or similar)
