About the role

We are looking for a creative, talented and passionate chef to join our phenomenal pastry team. Your experience in the execution and delivery of expertly curated dishes will be welcomed.

About you Relevant tertiary qualifications (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery) Previous experience in similar roles and environments Demonstrated creativity in executing high end pastry and dessert offerings Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision in recipes, finishes, plating, and consistency across all pastry items Commitment to high culinary standards, maintaining excellence in quality and technique Solid time management skills, ability to manage prep, service, and deadlines Adherence to food safety and hygiene standards Collaborative team mindset, working closely with senior chefs and kitchen teams while maintaining a positive can-do attitude. Flexible availability (including weekends)
