· Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following menu and recipes.
· Develop daily specials based on creativity and seasonal ingredients.
· Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation areas.
· Monitor and maintain food stock levels.
· Conduct food safety checks, including fridge and freezer temperatures.
· Lead, supervise, and train kitchen team members.
· Create and update menus, incorporating new trends and customer preferences.
· Ensure cost control and maintain budget guidelines.
· Oversee food presentation and ensure consistency across all dishes.
· Assist in developing catering and special event menus.
· Occasionally assist in additional duties as required. Required Skills & Attributes

- Customer interaction for special event menu planning To Be Considered, You Must Have:
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Chef
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or similar
