SkyPoint is located on the 77th floor of the Gold Coast’s Q1 building and is truly an extraordinary venue, 230 metres in the sky. We are seeking dedicated, experienced, reliable SkyPoint Kitchen Hands who thrive on the challenge of providing exceptional standards of cleanliness and venue presentation.

Our Kitchen Hands work closely with our Chefs and Food & Beverage team members in our fast-paced, high volume Events, Buffet and Bistro & Bar Kitchens. You will be responsible for providing a high standard of Food & Beverage operation with particular attention to, productivity, presentation and hygiene practices.

**To be considered, you must have**:

- Previous experience within a similar high volume food service or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Demonstrate proven reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently
- Demonstrate well developed communication and customer service skills
- Have the ability to work as part of a team whilst displaying high level of initiative
- Demonstrate and uphold exceptional grooming and presentation standards
- Ability to perform manual handling and physically demanding work tasks;

Good availability and flexibility with working hours is essential as weekend, early morning and evening work is involved. We are seeking applicants that are available to work a range of shifts which can vary between an early 5.00am start or late finish of 1am, across a 7 day roster. Regular weekend work will also be a requirement of this position.
