Carpet Cleaner Technician (Surfers Paradise)

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Must have valuable customer care handling
- Possess sales and marketing skills to do upselling and booking.
- Must have a current open driver’s license.
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- Water Damage Restoration Experience is a plus!
- Experience in commercial cleaning is an advantage

**Responsibilities**:

- Carpet, upholstery cleaning, domestic and commercial cleaning, pest control, and flood restoration
- Other services that you will be trained and qualified to undertake.
- A pest control license will be a huge advantage.
- Positively recommending additional products and services to customers.
- Customer Service.
- Use and general maintenance of machinery.
- Preparation of daily paperwork and receipt of payments from customers.

Salary is negotiable and will be discussed during the final interview.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surfers Paradise, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
