SkyPoint is located on the 77th floor of the Gold Coast’s Q1 building and is truly an extraordinary venue, 230 metres in the sky. We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, reliable SkyPoint Kitchen Hand who thrives on the challenge of providing exceptional standards of cleanliness and venue presentation. Our Kitchen Hands work closely with our Chefs and Food & Beverage team members in our fast-paced, high volume Events, Buffet and Bistro & Bar Kitchens. You will be responsible for providing a high standard of Food & Beverage operation with particular attention to, productivity, presentation and hygiene practices.

**To be considered, you must have**:

- Previous experience within a similar high volume food service or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Demonstrate proven reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently
- Demonstrate well developed communication and customer service skills
- Have the ability to work as part of a team whilst displaying high level of initiative
- Demonstrate and uphold exceptional grooming and presentation standards
- Ability to perform manual handling and physically demanding work tasks

This part time (PT20) employment guarantees a minimum of 20 hours per week over a cyclic roster. It is a condition of PT20 employment that you must be available to work a minimum of 5 days within a 7-day work cycle, inclusive of weekends. As a part time team member, you will accrue leave entitlements on a pro-rata basis. Part time team members are also given priority to rostered hours. Good availability and flexibility with working hours are essential. Shifts will vary ranging from early mornings, afternoons, late nights, weekends, and Public Holidays.
