Saboteurs Game Master (Surfers Paradise)

As a Saboteur Game Host, you will be responsible for creating an exhilarating and enjoyable experience for teams participating in our Among Us-style game. Your role will encompass a blend of receptionist duties, customer service, and game monitoring to ensure smooth gameplay and maximum enjoyment for all participants. You will be the face of the game, greeting teams, providing safety and gameplay briefings, and overseeing gameplay to ensure fairness and fun.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reception Duties**:

- Warmly greet teams upon arrival and guide them through the check-in process.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor, providing assistance and answering any questions participants may have.
- **Safety and Gameplay Briefings**:

- Conduct comprehensive safety briefings to ensure all participants understand the rules and regulations of the game.
- Provide clear and concise gameplay instructions, including roles, objectives, and any special rules or mechanics.
- **Game Monitoring**:

- Monitor gameplay sessions to ensure adherence to the rules and fair play.
- Provide guidance and clarification to players as needed to enhance their understanding and enjoyment of the game.
- Identify and address any issues or disputes that may arise during gameplay, resolving them promptly and professionally.
- **Customer Service**:

- Proactively engage with participants to ensure they are having a great time and address any concerns or feedback they may have.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging teamwork and sportsmanship among players.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Prior experience in customer service or event hosting preferred.
- Passion for gaming and creating memorable experiences for others.
