Private Client Relationship Manager (Surfers Paradise)

We are an established investment group building a high-performance private client team to manage inbound investor enquiries and introduce fixed income investment opportunities. This is an prospect to join an ambitious business at an early stage and work directly alongside experienced leadership in a fast-paced, office-based environment focused on growth, professionalism and client relationships. This position focuses on handling qualified inbound enquiries from prospective investors, building relationships and helping clients understand the company’s investment products and opportunities. You will work closely with senior management and receive ongoing coaching, mentoring and training in investment products, communication and relationship management. About the role

As a Private Client Relationship Manager, you will:
- Handle inbound investor enquiries via phone, email and online channels
- Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Introduce and explain the company’s fixed income investment products
- Guide investors through the onboarding and information process
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, responsiveness and client service
- Work collaboratively within a high-energy office environment
- Participate in ongoing sales, product and communication training What we’re looking for
