**We are currently hiring for a Guest Experience Guide (GEG) to join our Gold Coast team.**

This is a casual position with the opportunity for future advancement.

As a **Guest Experience Guide**, you'll play a key role in-store — supporting daily operations and ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they walk out the door, buzzing with excitement.

**We’re especially looking for motivated uni students and recent school leavers** who are eager to gain valuable customer service and leadership experience in an exciting, fast-paced environment. - **Key Responsibilities**_
- **Sales & Customer Focused**: Build connections with guests, upsell virtual weapons and repeatability bookings, anticipate needs, Create memorable high-impact moments they’ll rave about.
- **Tech Savvy**: Troubleshoot and manage technical issues alongside support teams to keep operations smooth and guests happy.
- **Strive for 5-Star Service**: Deliver a white-glove level of care that consistently leads to glowing guest feedback and 5-star Google reviews — your service should be as unforgettable as the experience itself.
- **Communication**: Proactively communicate any team, guest, or technical feedback to leadership to continually improve the operation.
- **Lead the Experience**: Take charge of delivering best-in-class experiences — from VR gear setup and safety checks to gameplay hosting and post-experience highlights.
- **Operational Support**: Work closely with your Leadership Team to execute daily priorities, and operational goals.
- **Clean & Safe Space**: Ensure our VR equipment, rooms, and customer areas are clean, safe, and prepped for every session.
- **Qualifications**_

We’re looking for someone who is:

- **Experienced in customer-facing roles**, ideally in entertainment, hospitality, retail or events.
- Comfortable working under pressure and **staying cool during busy periods**.
- **Tech-confident** — no coding required, but a quick learner when it comes to hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 10kg, and moving through the experience spaces.
- **Nice to Have**_ **(But Not Required)**
- First Aid or RSA certification (can be obtained within 30 days).
- A love for games, technology, or immersive storytelling.
