Student Services Administration Officer (Surfers Paradise)

**Pacific English Study **(PES) is an English Language College located in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast.

We are looking for an outgoing and bubbly additional member to join our busy **reception/administration and student services team.**

The role is to support our great team of teachers and international students.

The successful applicant must have:

- A native-level of English with excellent writing skills.
- Australian Citizenship or permanent residency;
- A self-starter with high attention to detail who is able to respond quickly to issues that arise without constant supervision.
- Excellent communication skills.
- An out-going personality who loves to meet and greet new people;
- Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn current programs; The role includes, but is not limited to:

- answering telephone queries.
- file keeping.
- fulfilling student queries and requests.
- answering international agent requests.
- organising the registration and allocation of student textbooks.
- supporting teachers who require assistance with class resourses.

The hours vary from 7:30am to 4:30pm OR 4:30pm to 9:30pm Monday to Thursday.

We are looking for someone who can start immediately.
