Student Services Administration Officer Surfers Paradise

Pacific English Study (PES) is an English Language College located in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast.

We are looking for an outgoing and bubbly additional member to join our busy reception/administration and student services team.

The role is to support our excellent team of teachers and international students.

The successful applicant must have:

A native-level of English with excellent writing skills.

Australian Citizenship or permanent residency;

A self-starter with high attention to detail who is able to respond quickly to issues that arise without constant supervision.

Excellent communication skills.

An out-going personality who loves to meet and greet new people;

Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn current programs;

The role includes, but is not limited to:

answering telephone queries.

file keeping.

fulfilling student queries and requests.

answering international agent requests.

organising the registration and allocation of student textbooks.

supporting teachers who require assistance with class resourses.

The hours vary from 7:30am to 4:30pm OR 4:30pm to 9:30pm Monday to Thursday.

We are looking for someone who can start immediately.
