- Experience in occupational rehabilitation, or return-to-work support (preferred).
- Solid understanding of injury management, vocational assessments, employment pathways, and client‑led goal setting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust with clients, employers, healthcare providers and insurers.
- Strong problem‑solving capability and confidence navigating complex return‑to‑work situations.
- The ability to motivate, encourage and guide clients toward sustainable employment and long‑term independence.
