- Respond to customer enquiries with urgency, collaborating across divisions to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
- Lead end‑to‑end service delivery and equipment installation for new business, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. What You Will Bring
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build robust relationships and establish rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem‑solving capability, supported by well‑developed numerical and verbal reasoning skills.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing budgets, including managing a business pipeline.
