Customer Service (Rutherford)

**Position**: Customer Service

**Location**: 37 Hinkler Ave, Rutherford NSW

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Supervise and ensure the safety of customers while they enjoy our inflatable attractions
- Assist with the setup and takedown of equipment for events and parties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
- Provide information about our services and promotions to guests
- Follow company policies and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is an asset, but not required
- Working with Children check (or willing to obtain)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)
