Volunteers help plan and facilitate inclusive, interest‑based group sessions that give residents the chance to engage in meaningful conversations, explore hobbies, and enjoy time together. Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and preparing group sessions based on the interests, abilities, and preferences of male residents, helping create activities that feel meaningful and inclusive.
- Help facilitate group discussions and activities in a relaxed, respectful way that encourages participation, connection, and confidence.
- Create a welcoming, calm workplace where residents feel comfortable sharing stories, exploring hobbies, and engaging at their own pace.
- Encourage social interaction and build camaraderie by supporting conversations, shared interests, and opportunities for friendship. Personal skills and qualities
