Caretaker / Cleaner (Maitland)

Stable, Long-Term Role | Newcastle & Maitland $32–$36/hr | Casual (with consistent, regular hours) | Mon–Fri + optional weekends We're a family-owned property maintenance business that has been operating since 1993 — and our longest-serving team member has been with us for over 25 years. That's the kind of workplace we are. We're looking for a reliable, motivated person to join our caretaking team at shopping centre sites across the Newcastle and Maitland area. This is hands-on, wide-ranging work — no two days are exactly the same. What the role involves:
· Day and afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday (weekends available once settled in)
· Cleaning and presentation of shopping centre areas
· Minor maintenance tasks — painting, gardening, repairs, window cleaning
· Professional interaction with centre management and customers What we're looking for:
· Someone reliable, hard-working, and takes pride in their work
· Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
· Previous cleaning or maintenance experience is a plus — but we'll train the right person What we offer:
