Caretaker / Cleaner (Maitland)

**Reliable, Long-Term Role | Newcastle & Maitland**

**$32-$36/hr | Casual (with consistent, regular hours) | Mon-Fri + optional weekends**

We're a family-owned property maintenance business that has been operating since 1993 — and our longest-serving team member has been with us for over 25 years. That's the kind of workplace we are.

We're looking for a reliable, motivated person to join our caretaking team at shopping centre sites across the Newcastle and Maitland area. This is hands-on, varied work — no two days are exactly the same.

**What the role involves**:

- Day and afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday (weekends available once settled in)
- Cleaning and presentation of shopping centre areas
- Minor maintenance tasks — painting, gardening, repairs, window cleaning
- Professional interaction with centre management and customers

**What we're looking for**:

- Someone reliable, hard-working, and takes pride in their work
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Previous cleaning or maintenance experience is a plus — but we'll train the right person
