Thriving Minds Clinic is a growing allied health clinic with a primary focus on Psychology. We are expanding our team and are looking for a warm, professional, and organised Receptionist / Administrator to be the welcoming face of our clinic.
This is more than just a front desk role

What you’ll be doing:
Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism
Booking and managing appointments
Taking payments and following up with clients
Supporting the team with general admin
- printing, scanning, laminating, filing, ordering supplies, maintaining tidy spaces
Assisting with reports, letters, and forms as needed
Communicating with a variety of stakeholders
Being a reliable, friendly first point of contact for our clients and practitioners
