Business Development Manager Maitland

Team Global Express is looking for an ambitious, solutions-driven Business Development Manager with experience in sales. You’ll identify major growth opportunities, design bespoke solutions, and oversee their delivery from concept to implementation.

What You’ll Do

Drive revenue growth with transport clients

Design and implement tailored solutions across B2B, B2C, e-commerce, and contract logistics

Lead tender responses and large-scale proposals

Manage implementation from solution design to operational rollout

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision‑makers

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery
