Area Manager (Maitland)

Area Manager – After Sales. This role supports the Beresfield and broader NSW region by delivering high-quality aftersales support for equipment, ensuring robust performance across spare parts and service operations while contributing to sustainable aftermarket growth and a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Regional and Sales Managers to shape and execute strategic marketing and growth plans for the Aftersales business.
- Lead initiatives to improve customer operations by analysing Total Ownership Costs (TOC), proposing commercially sound trials, and delivering measurable savings.
- Provide expert troubleshooting support and conduct brand stack and aftermarket inspections to enhance system performance and long-term competitiveness.
- Build strong customer relationships through technical training, joint sales calls, and tailored site-specific strategies that drive aftermarket retention.
- Maintain deep knowledge of customer processes, industry trends, and competitor activity to support accurate forecasting, budgeting, and CRM record-keeping.

- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in a similar role.
- Sales experience within industrial markets.
- Engineering qualification or trade technical knowledge is desirable.
- Prior experience with Weir Products is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
