The Role: As a Trainee, you will provide exceptional service to customers, across a number of areas in the bank from telling through to concierge. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, your responsibilities will include:
- Welcome customers and offer exceptional service
- Assist with bank transactions, cash handling and savings needs
- Educate customers on digital banking services
- Provide relevant advice to customers
- Follow-up customer enquiries, delegating where required About You:
