We are experiencing huge growth nationally, and as a result, we are looking for someone like you to join our supportive and close-knit team!
- ** About the role**: Day-to-day some of your core tasks will include:
- Answering inbound calls and customer queries.
- Problem-solving and proactively providing solutions to client and service issues.
- Utilise Zendesk as a main form of communication and logging service tickets.
**What you’ll bring to the role**: We are looking for somebody with amazing people skills with an energetic personality to match. Someone highly motivated and able to learn new systems with ease will be most suited to this role, as a growing company our services and systems can change so adaptability is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial to be successful in the role.
