Assignment details: Contract length: 13 weeks Shift length: 8 hour shifts Hours per week: 40 Start Date: ASAP
Job responsibilities: Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post-procedure monitoring as indicated. Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record. Support secure transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates. Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
