Freelance Social Media Manager (Caulfield)

**Social Media Contractor (Hospitality Brands)**
- Hybrid
- Work from home + 1 day/week on-site

We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Contractor to support the execution of content across two premium hospitality venues: Shelly Restaurant and Shelanous.

You’ll be working alongside a Creative Consultant who leads strategy — your role is to bring that strategy to life through consistent, high-quality posting, engagement, and platform management.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Scheduling and publishing content across:

- Instagram
- TikTok
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- Managing daily posts + stories across both venues
- Community management:

- Replying to comments and DMs
- Engaging with audience and building brand presence
- Uploading and organising content via Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets)
- Working with pre-edited assets (or light edits where needed) in CapCut
- Collaborating weekly with the Creative Consultant to align on content direction
- Attending 1 day per week on-site to capture quick, real-time content (iPhone-style, BTS, stories)

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (IG, TikTok, FB, LinkedIn)
- Confident using CapCut for quick edits, captions, and formatting
- Experience with content scheduling tools (Meta, Later, etc.)
- High attention to detail (captions, tagging, timing, consistency)
- Ability to follow strategy + execute independently
- Strong communication and reliability
- Bonus if you’ve worked in hospitality, events, or lifestyle brands

**The Role**
- Contractor role (ABN required)
- Approx. 10 hours per week
- Hybrid: Work from home + 1 on-site day per week
- Ongoing opportunity with room to grow

Pay: $15,600.00
