**OPERATIONS MANAGER- COMMERCIAL CLEANING CONTRACTS, HUME MERRI-BEK REGION, MELBOURNE**

** WE ARE SEEKING A MOTIVATED AND OUTGOING INDIVIDUAL FOR THE POSITION OF OPERATIONS MANAGER IN VICTORIA**

** Commencement date

** SELECTION CRITERIA**:

- Five plus years in a similar role, preferably within a service-based industry (Cleaning Industry experience in a national company highly desirable)-
- Previous experience in managing multiple-sites / multi-project management-
- Proven excellent strategic leadership, strong communication and client relationship skills-
- Demonstrate sound organisational skills and ability to prioritise-
- Proven Labour planning and people management skills-
- Strong financial and budget management capabilities are essential-
- Proven ability to deliver sustained results-
- Demonstrate strong analytical and report writing skills-
- High level of customer service and maintaining operational efficiency standards-
- Actively participate and contribute in senior management meetings with high quality outcomes-
- Hold current tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline-
- Full Australian Licence.** SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS YOU SHOULD BRING ALONG**:

- Confidence and be an accomplished Manager with a proven track record in managing complex multi-site operations with significant people, cost and budget responsibilities.
- You will have the ability to lead and develop a team, nurture and enhance operational disciplines, think tactically and strategically and manage a diverse range of client sites
- You will have the capacity to understand and relate to clients across a range of industries and appreciate the different business models, needs and sensitivities that entails.
- You will develop credibility with clients by demonstrating professionalism, discretion and sound commercial acumen. A key deliverable is to ensure compliance with contractual requirements for service delivery, timeliness and reporting.
- You will also engage effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and coordination of activities critical to business objectives.
