**The Role**:

- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Reception or Customer Support.
- Medical background or Veterinary Reception/Nurse background is preferred but not essential.
- Exceptional customer service skills and phone manner.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Polite and resilient nature.
- A willingness to get involved in all areas of the clinic.
- Energetic and driven.
- Ability to use initiative, assume responsibility for tasks, and resolve problems.
- Knowledge of ezyVet advantageous but not essential.

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Working from 6 pm to midnight with some weekend shifts.
- Delivering outstanding client care to all patients and owners.
- Performing administration duties and associated tasks.
- Managing the appointment schedule.
- Taking payments and balancing the banking at the end of the shift.
- Assisting with product sales and client education.
- Ensuring the front of the house is always clean and presentable.
- Performing ad hoc duties around the hospital to support the team as needed.
