Sincero Ristorante & Bar is a fine dining Italian restaurant focused on quality, seasonality, and precision. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Larder Chef to join our kitchen team on a full time basis.

This role suits someone organised, consistent, and confident working within a structured, high-standard kitchen. Flexibility to also work at our sister venue in Parkdale is essential, and availability on Fridays and Saturdays is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and service of the larder section

Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes

Solid knowledge of menu items and ingredients

Assisting with prep for service

Monitoring stock

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the section

Following all food safety, hygiene, and OH&S; procedures

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy kitchen

Experience with Italian cuisine

Strong organisation and attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Reliable and consistent

Willingness to work across both venues

- $58,000 depending on experience
