In the last 9 years, Baker Bleu has expanded rapidly with plans for further growth! Now with 5 locations across 2 states, Baker Bleu is proud to bring back the joys of real bread using the ancient techniques of long fermentation sourdough. - This is an opportunity to learn new skills in a excellent environment using the best equipment and earn a great wage. Some key responsibilities would include:
- Working with the Bakery team to achieve production and quality goals
- Production and preparation of dough and loaves for the following day baking
- Assisting with set up, pack down and cleaning
- Maintaining the safe workplace and responsible operation of equipment
- Operating the oven and automatic loading table
- Mixing doughs as per Baker Bleu procedure About you We are looking for people who are prepared to come on our growth journey with us!
