About the role
Cabrini's Medical Imaging Department sees a variety of patients, incorporating outpatients, inpatients and ED patients across our Malvern and Brighton campuses. We provide a 24/7 service at the Malvern campus.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Performing reception duties, data entry, invoicing, and offering hospitality and efficient services to all visitors and hospital staff- Maintaining confidentiality and respect with sensitive information- Answering telephones, responding to/following up other enquiries and notifying relevant supervisor of any urgent matters- Attending to patient requests, referring to the appropriate person if unable to assist
About you
You will be committed to ensuring a high standard of service for our patients visitors and staff, as well as also have the following:
- Previous reception/office experience (preferably within healthcare and ideally medical imaging/MRI reception)- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn patient administration software- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to problem-solve- Positive attitude with excellent communication, customer service skills, and telephone manner- Adaptable to change within a busy and evolving service- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work efficiently, autonomously, and respectfully within the team
