Property Management Team Leader (Malvern East)

The Company

- Two offices located in Melbourne CBD & Malvern East

The Role
- We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our Malvern East office
- Manage a small portfolio of 55 units within 3 buildings
- Support and mentor a team of experienced Property Managers.
- Oversee the day to day activities and provide guidance to a team of 9 staff members (PM, PM associate, admin)
- Responsible for staff performance and portfolio KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant statutory regulations
- Ensure staff are fully compliant with Company policies and procedures
- Identify skill gaps and identify training initiatives
- Oversee and coordinate seasonal temps to ensure the office runs smoothly during our peak period.

- Minimum of 5 years experience in property management
- Proven experience in a Team Leader / 2IC role
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- A current Agents Representative / full license
- A valid drivers' licence and a reliable vehicle
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Strong time management skills with a diligent, proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills, highly organised with robust attention to detail
- Ability to build strong relationships with external and internal clients
- Experience with property management software (e.g. Console Cloud, Inspection Express)
- Saturdays work are required during our Peak Period in January, February and March

**Job Types**: Full time, Permanent

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
