**About the team** Our Immunisation team consists of Immunisation Lead Nurse and Administration Service Lead, along with a team of casual Administrators and casual Nurse Immunisers.

**About the role** Join our team as the Administration Officer, contributing to the successful execution of the Council's immunisation program. Your responsibilities will include keeping accurate immunisation records and reports, providing effective administrative support, and delivering excellent customer service. This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution in a rewarding position in public health.
- Other responsibilities include:_
- Assist in the implementation and evaluation of the annual immunisation program.
- Attend and assist with community and school immunisation sessions
- Maintain all records pertaining to Council’s immunisation program
- Attend out of hours Immunisation sessions
- Provide statistics, reports and immunisation information as required.

The role is based at the Glen Eira Town Hall. You will also be required to attend various Council Immunisation sessions across our community each week. This will include being available to work a flexible roster including some evenings and some Saturday mornings. **About you** You are a dedicated team player with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing priorities and meeting deadlines effectively. Your robust customer service skills and effective communication abilities will enable you to interact positively with colleagues and the community.

The following is also required:

- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good organisational skills
- Commitment to provide excellent customer service
- Experience in an administrative role and/or the completion of a post-secondary course in Business/Administration.
- Current Drivers Licence
- Employee Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)

**Interview information**

The interviews will take place between Monday, 11 November 2024 and Thursday, 14 November 2024, between 9am and 5pm.
