How you will make an impact

Join our friendly Palliative Unit as a Receptionist to provide excellent customer service, and administrative support, and ensure a high standard of service for patients, visitors, and staff at Cabrini.

Hours:

- Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm
- Weekends: 9am to 3:30pm

Must be available to work minimum 3 days per week including one weekend.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support for the Nursing team- Perform administrative tasks efficiently and effectively- Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy- Adapt to changes in the evolving service- Excellent communication, both in person and over the phone- Organize and prioritize tasks effectively- Work autonomously and respectfully within the team- Problem-solve as needed

About you

Cabrini's 4 South Palliative Unit Receptionist is a proactive and positive individual with exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient administration software is preferred but can be learned on the job. Attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent customer service skills are essential.
